Silver Lining

I went to the movies last night with my friend, Angela.  We saw Silver Lining Playbook (http://silverliningsplaybookmovie.com/).  I was soo excited to see it because it has been nominated for tons of awards and got some pretty good reviews.  On my way to the theater I heard the song What Faith Can Do by Kutless

 Everybody falls sometimes

I literally jumped from my car seat (I was at a red light – thank God).  I said to myself there it is ‘silver lining’ – But what does it mean?! I suddenly realized I had no clue what silver lining meant! I was on my way to see a movie with a title I had no clue about!! I kinda felt embarrassed.

Silver lining    (n.) - A hopeful or comforting prospect in the midst of difficulty.

Movie was great! Good acting and plot.  Best quote of the movie: The world will break your heart ten ways to Sunday. That's guaranteed. I can't begin to explain that. Or the craziness inside myself and everyone else. But guess what? Sunday's my favorite day again…

This week, I wish for you to find your silver lining in the midst of whatever situation you are going through.
